  If you are with children, or especially interested in old mining towns, this place is good. It's got interesting parts. It's not fancy. And I wouldn't call it a ghost town, just a mining town. The shops are perfect for touristy souvenirs, but the apothecary is legit. There is a real, functioning church. If you have very young children that are apt to want to touch everything, maybe hold off, bc a lot of the stores feel the need to warn you "if you break, you buy" and there are also a lot of rusty unkempt artifacts lying around the whole place. Also, try to avoid needing the restrooms. We did not try the food or the shooting gallery but they both seemed like interesting draws.

  This place is fun to go visit and walk around. It has some neat little shops selling all kinds of unique items. Love the cactus store that sells all kinds of live souvenirs you can take home. Great for visitors who want to take home a piece of Arizona with them. We always get ice cream when we go as well. The ice cream is delicious and the little shop is cute. Fun place for the entire family. We haven't had a chance to do their tours yet but they look interesting. They have a few to choose from and they have a train that goes around the Ghost Town and tells you the history. Nice stop after a hike at Lost Dutchman State Park.
